Find your Venue

Liverpool Convention Bureau will use our expert knowledge and excellent relationships to draw up a shortlist of venues, negotiate rates and put together a proposal so you can find the best space.

Familiarisation Trips

One of our team will organise and accompany you on a familiarisation trip to your shortlisted venues – we’ll even show you a bit of the city while you’re here.

We can set up a secure online booking system including bespoke conference branding. We provide a great range of accommodation at competitive rates, with no cost or financial risk to organisers.

Cultural Programmes

The Team will match you with your preferred venues and activities to create a memorable social programme, including partner programmes too. Actvities could range from a visit to our two cathedrals, a comedy tour, ferry trip or Beatles experience day.

Bidding

We go the extra mile to help you come to Liverpool. Our experienced team can put together a bid or deliver a destination presentation on your behalf.

Delegate Welcome

Liverpool is known for its friendly faces and warm welcome and we would expect nothing less for our delegates. The Liverpool Delegate Welcome is a partnership between Liverpool Convention Bureau and ACC Liverpool that provides a unified city-wide welcome for our conference visitors.

Suppliers

Liverpool Convention Bureau can put you in touch with trusted conference suppliers. Traditional AV and transport to highly unusual, we’ve done it. We’ve sourced a giant glass marquee for a dinner on our UNESCO World Heritage waterfront, goalposts and engraved Liver Birds before now. We’re ready for the challenge.
