Day Itinerary – Shopping
Breakfast: 9am – Grab breakfast at Bill’s at Liverpool ONE. The restaurant is in a prime location at the edge of the shopping centre to hit the shops instantly.
Liverpool ONE: 10am – The stylish open-air complex is the city’s home of shopping, eating, drinking and relaxing. Housing over 160 stores, bars and restaurants, a 14-screen cinema, an indoor adventure golf course and a five-acre park – the complex really does offer something for everyone.
Lunch: 1:30pm – Lunch recommendations in Liverpool ONE include Las Iguanas with its South American dishes and cocktail offers, the New England-style Club House and the Mexican Wahaca with its stunning rooftop views.
Ropewalks: 3pm – If you’ve exhausted the Liverpool ONE complex we would recommend moving on to the independent and stylish hub that is the Ropewalks. Bold Street is at the centre of this area and is Liverpool’s very own ‘world in one street’, with its international bars, restaurants and bohemian shops. Find time to visit both branches of Utility where you’ll find the most interesting selection of innovative gifts, gadgets and homeware you could find. Also find time to see Resurrection – the city’s vintage clothing hub and Dig Vinyl – the basement record shop located under vintage store Soho’s.
Dinner: 6:30pm – Dinner recommendations in the Ropewalks include Maray on Bold Street with its yummy small plates and cocktails, Alma de Cuba on Seel Street with its Latin-inspired tapas within an 18th-century church and Rack and Dollar on Berry Street with its US-themed menu and décor.
After Dinner: 8:30pm – Try one of Liverpool’s multiple cocktail bars. We’d suggest visiting The Alchemist on Brunswick Street for its famous science experiment-like offerings, or perhaps head to the Albert Dock to visit Smugglers Cove and its booty of over 150 international rums.
