Any venue space within the ACC can be converted into a professional hybrid studio, using onsite high-spec equipment, experienced technicians and reliable internet connections. Sessions can be securely streamed live to your website; from a single session with one presenter to a virtual panel session with presenters in different locations – or multiple sessions at the same time.

Liverpool Town Hall Council Chamber
Liverpool Town Hall is the formal office of The Lord Mayor of Liverpool and a key building for the City Council, situated near to Liverpool’s magnificent waterfront and conveniently located at the heart of the city centre. Built in 1749 and designed by John Wood, the Grade 1 listed Town Hall is recognised as one of the finest surviving town halls of the 18th Century – it is a masterful example of Georgian architecture. With spectacular and flexible additional spaces for dinners, receptions and meetings with modern facilities, the Town Hall is ideal for all business needs.
One of the most important rooms in the city is the Council Chamber; an impressive room built for the conduct of Civic business, the chamber features outstanding oak and mahogany woodwork. This space has an incorporated audio and voting system, projector screen and newly installed webcasting system. The Council Chamber can seat 156 guests in the fixed seating or up to 220 with additional seating added. Ideal for conferences, often seen on TV for property auctions and a unique space for Civil Wedding Ceremonies.

Liverpool Town Hall have installed a new state of the art Web Casting system to support the City Council and clients with Hybrid events. The new system is linked to their existing incorporated audio and microphone system which allows every delegate to participate in events with zoom facility to display the relevant speaker both on the integrated large screen and to those attending remotely. With the addition of integrated presentation screens and audio along with the space to build larger backdrops makes the chamber an ideal space for hybrid events.
Holiday Inn Liverpool City Centre

Holiday Inn offers a TV Screen or screen, WIFI, Wired internet connection, Portable Hybrid solutions for smaller syndicate rooms (Sound Bar Web Cams with LED TV for meeting rooms for up to 12 people). There is also the option of interaction for presenters and guests online in a room with virtual participants.
Larger rooms can offer hybrid solutions to enable presenters in the Liverpool Suites with guest presenters to be brought in on remote platforms and stream out the large audiences worldwide.
Also, on offer are streaming platforms, the venue with its Virtual solutions can manage the event brief and manage the technology to deliver the best method of your virtual and Hybrid event. If you stream an event, it can be viewed using Team, WebEx, Zoom and Holiday Inn have access to accredited platforms for sensitive events like AGM where membership accreditation is required.
Interactive elements can be added to your event such as interactive voting, this can be incorporated in to Virtual and Hybrid events and can be moderated worldwide. There are also additional services available, those being content creation including video and multimedia services, micro website streaming with virtual interaction and moderation and video editing.
British Music Experience (BME) Main Stage
The British Music Experience tells the story of British Music through costumes, instruments, performance, and memorabilia. The BME is large, versatile event space with stage and projection screen for presentations. Additionally, in the Main Space there is 8 additional side screens for extra branding or content. This space also offers 150 theatre style, 100 sits down dinner, 80 cabaret style and 50 dinner with dancefloor. You can find out more about the British Music Experience here.

On the Main Stage there is a screen for projecting images or presentations along with content displayed using multiple Bright sign HD223 units. These can be updated on request, depending on your event package there may be an additional charge for this facility.

Our AV services and facilities include remote, live and post-production services, including green screen and studio options.
