Liverpool’s great outdoor spaces 🌞

We’re heading towards Summer and the weather’s getting (slightly) warmer! Liverpool has got a wide range of amazing venues with breath-taking outdoor spaces and views for you to enjoy during your next meeting, event or somewhere for your delegates to enjoy some downtime. From grand manor halls to quirky urban spaces, Liverpool’s got it all…

Palm House

If you’re looking for a stunning location for a conference dinner, an awards evening, a twilight drinks reception, breakfast meeting or product launch, Sefton Park Palm House is the venue for you.

This magnificent Grade 2* Victorian Glass House was lovingly restored 15 years ago thanks to a hard-fought local community-led campaign which transformed it from dereliction to delight. Today your guests can dine amongst the palms, orchids and rare plants, several from the two-hundred-year-old Liverpool Botanical collection.

The Sefton Park Palm House comfortably seat 220 for a sit-down dinner or up to 400 for a drinks reception in one single space. The Palm House is open to the public as much as possible so ‘out of hours’ private bookings are preferred but of it is a daytime event you are after please ask.

Sefton Park Palm House’s stage set is perfect for evening musical entertainment whilst our enclosed garden surrounded by parkland lends itself to themed seasonal event such as summer barbecues with associated team building activity and Christmas parties perhaps followed by fireworks.

The garden is an award-winning outdoor space is 4500 sq. ft, gated and built by hand; dressed in timber seats, fairy lights, plants and bunting, yet is still very versatile and can offer a blank canvas for all event ideas.
